Fees

Therapeutic conversation is most effective in bringing about change when the client-therapist match is right. Initial, free 20-minute consultations are available for all potential therapy clients to help determine if my services are appropriate. Please use the "CONNECT WITH LESLEY" link above to reach about setting up this virtual meeting.

I am a Lyra provider. I also currently accept the commercial products of the following Insurances:

Optum/United/UHR, Tufts/Point32, Humana/ChoiceCare, Harvard PIlgrim, and UMR. I am not a Masshealth or Medicaid provider.

I also work with clients insured by many insurance companies on an out-of-network basis. My license and education qualify for out-of-network reimbursement. This means that most insurance plans allowing members to go out-of-network for mental health will reimburse you for our work, according to the payments they allow.

Diagnostic evaluations are $170 and run 75 minutes. Individual therapy is $153 for a 50-minute session and $70 for a 30-minute session. Group therapy is $120 for a 50-minute session.

I offer sliding-scale fees for people depending on their financial situations.

In addition to one-on-one and group therapy, I also lead mental health programs to companies and groups on topics like stress management, mindful self-compassion, boundaries, empathy, mindfulness, and coping skills. These 50-minute presentations are $175. To arrange this please schedule reach out to me using the link in the menu above.

You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical care will cost.

Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services.

You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency items or services. This includes related costs like medical tests, prescription drugs, equipment, and hospital fees.

  • Make sure your health care provider gives you a Good Faith Estimate in writing at least 1 business day before your medical service or item. You can also ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule an item or service

  • If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill.

  • Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate. For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises or call 800-985-3059.
